Third-party engineering support – outsourced Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineering support
Our clients are working toward one thing, achieving their enterprise growth strategy, whether it's the market growth of a product or service line or network-growth required to meet the continual change and growth of a network-user base. Achieving growth strategy requires the right people at the right time in the right role – the right resources.
When internal resources are limited, clients must decide how to best utilize those resources to achieve their growth strategy. They often find that focusing on what they do best, producing their core product or service, is the key to utilizing precious resources. When looking at support functions, these clients decide that maintaining an internal engineering support team is not contributing directly to the growth strategy. While understanding that tier 1 and tier 2 engineering support are compulsory to the success of the enterprise, they also recognize that it can be managed by another team – the right team with the right fit.
